Chirping noise front right side

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue. , I get a chirping kind of noise when driving Sound kinda like birds is the best way I can describe it but it only when my ac/heat is off …. While they run. The noise isn’t present. Even on the lowest setting and it’s only while going over around 55 mph. Any ideas
