Check your fuses on new JL deliveries!

I picked up my Sport S last night and checked the fuses first thing when I got home. I lost count how many weren't fully set. They were close, but just not quite all the way. Just needed a little pressure for that final click in place.

Took delivery of my Willys yesterday. All fuses were seated and good to go. Tire pressure was at 41 though.

Congrats on the new Jeep. My tires were also at 41! Did not bother me as much as the fuses, sounds like maybe they finally figured it out at the factory.

Thanks! The Tire pressure wasn't a huge deal, but I live in the PNW and my Willys came with Firestone M/Ts, and it was raining as usual up here. At 41 psi it was just a tad squirrely . Didn't want to flip him on the drive home.

Congratulations. Picked up my 2021 Rubicon in December. I can confirm at least 75% of my fuses were not seated properly.

I read this thread. I went outside, popped the hood. Fuses were not seated properly, and what appear to be relays were basically perched atop the connection. Everything clicked into place with a press.
You would think that this would just be something that QC would handle.
