check engine with loss off power at 3500 rpm

2019 rubicon unlimited with check engine light after 6 days of ownership. Then engine lost power at 3500 rpm. Said it was the selinoid to the oil pump with sensor. On back order for 2 weeks but took off another but didn’t find the problem. Now replacing the whole oil pump which is also back order for 2 weeks. At this point banking On lemon law and avoiding wranglers given others having similar issues. Seems with the new changes there has been a lot of issues
