All of your fuses in the box under the hood, passenger side, are all seated—pushed in properly?

It may not solve it but you’d be surprised how many are loose or not pushed in all the way.

Dealer responded. No help. Said I need to call service to see when I get in.

Have the code scanned at an auto parts store if you don't have a scanner and report back with the code. Also, check that the two connections to your airbox are on tightly. Mine were loose from the factory, and caused a CEL (P1CEA). Reconnected (just pushed them on tightly) and cleared the CEL and everything looks good.

I have a scanner. The first time it just said n/a. Not sure if my reader or not. I’m traveling now when I get back I’ll try again. This is my first Jeep. Where are the air box connections? Thanks

Dropped if off this morning and picked up three codes on my scanner. Two are Jeep specific and my old scanner couldn't read them. Opened a case with Jeep Cares too.

This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is a generic powertrain code, which means that it applies to all 1996-newer vehicles (Ford, Dodge, GMC, Chevrolet, Mercedes, VW, etc.). Although generic, the specific repair steps may vary depending on make/model. Should your OBD-II equipped vehicle exhibit a P2457, it means that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected a possible malfunction in the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooling system. This may be a mechanical issue or an electrical malfunc

2018's listed only but it might still be a problem.
