Hi All,

Apologies, I'm sure this has probably been covered. I'm based in the UK, and a set of Mopar roof bars is going to cost me North of £400. The gutter on my hard top looks like any other gutter i've seen. Is there any reason I can't use a generic cutter based roof bar system? I only need it to carry a roof box at up to 80/90 MPH.

Thank you in advance

Stephen

Purchased 2 pairs to throw a kayak on. I have them on but have not used them to transport. I like them. They do add some noise. Not unbearable. I have one bar for over the freedom tops but don't have that on until I need it. With that one installed they are really loud. For the money though I am very happy.

Finally got to use the rails. I found they got a little loose with weight on them. Not terrible and did not move. They also bowed a good bit. But for the money they did the job.
