Popped off the center console door inner cover, loosened the torx screws and slipped in a belt clip holster. Retighten the torx and utilized some unused space for compact 2nd amendment lockable storage.

This cost me $10

Wired to footwell light. Turns on with key fob unlock and dimmer switch on dash.

Strip runs along the driver side hood hinge, and under the A pillar panels instead of going through firewall.

I didn't even buy extra wiring, just ran the entire strip down to the footwell, but now I wish I did so I can complete the bottom right corner lol.

Did you just T-Tap it into the footwell led wire? Would like to see a picture.

When you fold the seats up, there is a little metal loop. I bought a bag of clips at home depot and use them to secure reusable grocery bags (usually full of growlers). Note, I don't hold the bags off of the floor, I just use the hooks to keeps things upright.

Did you just T-Tap it into the footwell led wire? Would like to see a picture.

It's really not much to look at. Just opened it up and electrical taped it. Red to red, black to black. Taps would have been easier, but it's such a small job.

Added a couple rock lights the make up for the weak/dim factory dome light on the earlier JLs. They turn on/off with the dome light.

Nite Ize Gear Ties. A million and one uses. I have one permanently tied to the middle child seat mount on the rear seats, with a snap shackle.

If the dog is back there, and I want to guarantee that he won't jump out, I'll use the snap shackle on his harness.

But infinitely more useful is using the end of the gear tie to hold open the lid every time I access the rear storage compartment:

I removed my rear view mirror. I did flip it first. My rear tire and Roto-Pax fuel cans block my vision anyways. The Tazer turns on the back up camera when I turn my turn signal on always. Now I have a clear view out the windshield.

One of the best cheap mod that I have done is putting a strip of window tint at the top of the windshield. The first day I hated it. The line between tint and clear windshield was splitting my view out the windshield. It did not take long before I just tilted my head a little for a clear view out the windshield and then if the sun is bright or someone is coming at me with their bright lights on, I can just tilt my head up a little and all the glare is gone.

This is also one of my favorite hacks. This is a net from the trunk of a car. In the picture you can see I hang it from the rear grab handles to the roll bar. It is a perfect catch all for everything as we travel. We throw snacks, jackets, hats, maps, books, just about everything into this net that we want quick access to. It holds a ton of stuff and keeps it from cluttering up the front seat area or have the stuff on the floor in the back seat. Note, I take this out when not Jeep traveling or wheeling.

You can get these for dam near free at a auto scrap yard.

or search for round tube plugs and get the size u need easy peasy
