The biggest thing for me is that it adds so much sweet juiciness to the taste of the meat. Like with chicken on pizza, it’s typically dry but the pineapple helps add the juice back. Thankfully Red Robin knows how to grill a proper burger but sometimes you can get a dry burger at a different place.
