I'm sure it does, but I'm not sure to what extent. Probably also depends on the tire pressure (lower pressures probably have more reaction to centrifugal force)I wonder if centrifugal force plays a role in tire size at highway speeds whereas they grow slightly versus a static measurement when at rest.
