They replaced the hose on mine (assumption is that this updated hose did not exist during @Nihkole 's codes and they bored out the existing hose).

The interesting thing is my code has recurred even after the installation of the updated hose. Maybe it is a sensor or something.. no idea at this point but my main concern is why the MPG is so low... this would indicate the engine is burning rich, which could have a negative impact on the longevity; if there is significant carbon build up and wear.
Yikes. That code hasn't popped back up since my fix.

On my third time driving the new vehicle at 100 miles on the odometer the infamous P26FB MIL came on. Ugh.

Edit: Do we know what was done to fix this on other vehicles?

First thing they do is the hose/replacement mod if that does not work you have to wait for the calibration fix. No idea why they don't just replace the valve as some have the issue some don't ... Would point to a faulty EGR valve rather than the calibration. Bottom line you gotta wait if the hose fix does not work. Also find a good dealer to work with.. Some are far worse than others.

We’re trying to track all JLU 3.0 issues in a dedicated thread with a new spreadsheet that @toolaide4fit put together.

Today, the dealer hopefully fixed the P26FB MIL. They found a disconnected vacuum hose.

The real question is how does such a thing just randomly disconnect?
