CB radio SWR with different length antennas

I have a Cobra CB in my JL and it is tuned for a 3' Firestick antenna but because of recently installed lift/tires, I needed a shorter antenna to clear the garage door for everyday use. If I tune the 2' antenna's SWR, then will I need to retune the SWR when I reinstall the 3' antenna even though it was tuned at one point? I'm assuming I'll have to but don't want to do it each time I switch antennas if it isn't necessary.

You tune the antennas not the radio so if done correctly any tuned antenna will work.
I have quick disconnects and Springs on mine and use a 4' firestick and a 102" whip. Both good SWR and functional
