That is a clean install, looks balanced. However, I'm not sure I need 2 speakers for this purpose.

I had not stumbled upon that thread yet, so thank you for that.

I assume you can do it with one or two speakers. I'm thinking of giving this a try with one speaker on the drivers side. I can't think of anywhere else to put it without taking up space. Another option would be to mount it on an overhead panel like the MPS.

I'm starting to give some thought to the space immediately forward of the rear view mirror . . . not sure I could find a small, decent speaker that could fit/mount in that space . . .

FWIW, I used an audio interrupt on my drivers side dash speaker. When I get audio from the ham radio, it silences that speaker only and the ham audio comes through. It's really clean.

Below are some of the benefits

1. Not taking and space in the windshield
2. way above so it is not disturbing
3. neat and almost factory look
4. easy access
5. visible

Looks great! Very clean. Where did you get the radio face mount?....just got our first Jeep, JLU Rubicon, and having a hard time finding items to assist with the instal.

Just mounted a President Bill on driver’s side tunnel

I just ordered a President Bill for my wife's JLUR. I like what you did there and am going to do the same with hers.

What mount is that?

The Bill is a good little radio, i made the mounts out of alum. myself reversed it and mounted a Midland GMRS on passenger side, used console mounting bolt to secure, holds great.
