CB Install - Where to Install/Attach the Ground Wire?

Hello All! I've seen videos where Jeepers attach the ground wire to the bolt behind the kick panel. How do you remove the passenger side kick panel? It doesn't seem to pop off like the one in my JK did. OR did you ground it in a different location? Please let me know. THANK YOU!
