For those that don’t know. I installed the skyjacker 1.5 lift kit. The kit comes with no caster correction parts. I checked the alignment after the install and found the caster out of spec on the low side. I needed a way to adjust the caster and dial in the pinion angle.

Another member pointed me to Rusty’s control Arms. I received them today.

The control Arms look great! They shipped them very fast. I ordered them late in the evening and they shipped them the next morning.

I hope to install them if I can get some free time tomorrow. Here is a picture the look amazing!

I’m going to put them on tonight and perform the alignment again. I’m not sure of a good starting point as far a extending them past the stock length. I may try a inch at first.

I think that's too much. I'd try 3/8" or so. On a JK, about 1/8" was equal to 1°. So a common 2.5" lift used 1/4" longer arm.

Thanks I’ll start with 3/8. That will save some time. I would like to get between 5.5 and 6 degrees.

Awesome thank you for the information!
Can’t get to exactly 24 1/8 because the grease zerk needs to be on the bottom. But I can get it close.

Unless they are adjustable without removing, they are useless. IMO

Why would you need them adjust without removing them? How often do you need to adjust your caster? How do you measure your caster?

Putting a adjustment sleeve on them would make them weaker?

Got the Arms installed I want to go one more turn on the right front but I’ll wait until I do a oil change next week to remove the arm.

It drives much better with the caster in spec

I don’t really see many options for the arms that you can adjust without removing. Really I should not have to ever really adjust the caster much. But it would make it easier for sure!

Well, for the masses, caster is a set it and forget it spec. So it might be your opinion, but it's not mainstream in the Jeep world.
