Cars you would look for if you couldn't get a Wrangler or a Gladiator.

Let's imagine a world where you couldn't get a Wrangler or a Gladiator for one reason or the other. What are the cars you'd probably look for?

My top picks:
- Toyota 4Runner
- Toyota Tacoma (6MT)
- Subaru Outback Wilderness
- A crystal clean Toyota FJ Cruiser (6MT)

I didn't put the Defender in the list because it's way too expensive. As for the Land Cruiser, it's not available in Canada.

What are yours?

I was on the reservation list for Rivian RT1 but decided not to wait and get the Wrangler 4xe now. Then drive it for 24-36 months before a viable off road BEV is available. Wrangler, Bronco, whatever.....just as long as it is electric with reasonable capabilities then I am good. :)

I'd just keep my JKUR, which I'm doing anyway. Otherwise a Bronco or Tacoma with a manual transmission. Or a ZR2.

I just got my 4xe which I love so far but my previous truck was a 4runner and they are great trucks. I would go back to it or look at new Bronco.

My choices were limited and at 2 different extremities as far as price. Either a JL or BMW M3/M4. Glad I went with the JL because I am truly loving it (and don't mind getting it dirty without feeling guilty).

It wouldn't be a car, it would be a BMW R1250GS Adventure. I'll prob pick up a low mile used R1200GSA anyway.
