This has been asked before and it's confirmed that 5 normal tires fit comfortably in the back of a regular Wrangler, however the 4xe has that battery "bump" and I haven't seen any reports on whether 5 tires fit in the 4xe.
To fit 5 in the back of my non-4xe I had to stand 4 of them upright parallel to the vehicle and the 5th upright perpendicular. If you can stand one upright on top of the battery hump I think you'll be ok. Make sure you use straps because they WILL roll when you brake and accelerate.
When I upgraded to 37's & new wheels, I drove on the 4 larger tires, and placed the 1 remaining 37 inside along with the 4 stock tires. I placed the 3 stock tires vertically, aligned with the Jeep's direction of motion, on the folded rear seat with the remaining two vertically in the cargo area, perpendicular to the direction of motion. I'll add some pictures.
Note the stock spare on the stock tire carrier (37 wouldn't fit on the carrier). Cargo area has a single 37. Also, the 37 placed inside was mostly deflated to reduce its width slightly, needed to fit everything in the back.
Looking to the rear from the front seats. These 3 stock tires were too tall to fit under the sport bar, so they had to be tilted.
I can confirm that five 33” tires and rubicon wheels will fit comfortably inside the back of a 4xe. The tires/wheels were oriented like the pics in the post above mine. The guy above me gets brownie points for having a 37” in there too haha
I also was able to fit 5 x 37’s on my JLUR but i took off the hardtop for ease of loading/unloading. I was even able to take the Mopar beadlock rims on that same trip. Just make sure you strap everything and you should be gtg….
