Cargo mat for 2-door with rear seats removed

You are correct. I've emailed them just to confirm. Also asked if they could send a sample of the mat material. I absolutely HATED the mat I purchased for the Grand Cherokee due to the slickness of the material.

Waiting on a follow up response. The part number in the link was not in their system, so she has to confirm availability of mat for the two door. They are also going to mail me a sample so I can compare to the mat I previously ordered for the Grand Cherokee.

Okay. I'm ready to get one as soon as you give the word. Great to know we now have a failsafe with the Trim-to-Fit All Vehicle Cargo Mat they make.

I noticed that there are two (2) choices for the 2-door Wrangler:

1. Behind 1st row seating
2. Behind 2nd row seating

What does that mean?

I am thinking of removing the back seat and want a mat to cover the entire back area. Would that be "behind 1st row seating" ??

Well from the pictures it's a 4 door for both styles. So my guess is they haven't made one for a 2dr yet. So i'm willing to bet if you got the larger one, your going to have to trim the front to fit. But that might work out just fine too.

Excellent! Thank you for the clarification. Hopefully I will get the material sample in soon to compare to the previous GC mat. Hopefully, it has been improved.

Just received this email from Weather Tech:

The part# 401198 is correct for the 2018 2-door Jeep Wrangler JL. It will go behind the 1st row of seating extending to the tailgate. You should receive the sample within the next 5 business days in the mail.
