Canadian 2021 JLUR Order & Price

I am not sure what really happened. The fact is that our Rubicon is sitting on the lot without cold weather package and led lights. The salesman swears the order was put in correctly, although I suspect the owner of the dealership signed off on not building as ordered. We have decided to go ahead with it anyway, since for us it is either this jeep or no jeep. It will be a long wait to get what we want and without any price guarantees. Another build will probably be thousands of dollars more than what we paid. The lights can be done after, and we will just live without the cold weather package. We are hoping to spend our winters in Arizona anyway. Our current vehicle is past it's expiry date and we don't want to buy another vehicle while waiting for the jeep. If we did buy another vehicle there would not likely be a jeep purchase. Similar story over on another wrangler forum, except the customer's jeep isn't built yet. She can't get cold weather package or led lights either. We ordered March 8.

My jeep arrived at the dealer yesterday. I don't know whether to cry, throw up, or hit something. Chrysler decided to just not build it as ordered. So no cold weather package and no led light package. After waiting months it was a very unpleasant surprise. Reordering will be much more expensive. Still deciding on what to do.

No kidding... did they sell you a unit they already had on order before you ordered yours that was “close enough”?
But if true gives me hope for my April 1 order!

nope,i had to build Mine, they didn’t have any sarge green willys on order

Darn. We ordered Jan 4. We got our JLUR delivered on Saturday and it was as specified including Cold Weather & LED. I hope it gets rectified for you.

I don't know much about my order.
Ordered Feb. 24, 2021. At some point I was told there will be a delay because of the cold weather package (the heated steering wheel is on low supply). Got my VIN and VOC and was given the D status and eventually moved to "KZLD" and then got another update that it's in D status.

Also, before the D status I added another package because I ended up having more money to spend at this point in time. When it moved to the D status for the first time, that package didn't make it apparently - oh well. So don't know if the dealership screwed up or Jeep ignored the updated/added package. No idea when my rubicon will be finished, left in the dark so far.

Check your build sheet online and look for a price protection line on the last page. If you see one there it means they are being filthy animals.
