Can you order a Rubicon with 35" Tires, and can you get full off-road articulation without a Lift?

I'm hearing conflicting information on whether you need a lift or no lift if you equip your Rubicon JL with 35" tires to get full articulation off-road.

True 35” tires you will rub at full articulation. Some 35” tires actually measure at 34 or 34.5, but even then I’ve read you still get a bit of rubbing...not much, but it touches the inside fenders.

But for everyday driving or moderate off roaring you should be fine. I plan to upgrade to 35” tires when my current one wear out...or maybe sooner.

Oh, you can’t order with 35” tires from the factory. Just aftermarket or from the dealer post delivery.
