Can we put unlimited soft top on rubi

I ordered jeep rubicon 4 door with skyone touch roof,i already have jl 4 door with hard and soft top ijust want to know can i have option to put wrangler unlimited soft top on rubicon.

Short answer is no. You would have to take the one-touch off and it is not designed to be taken off.

Getting the power top option they say it does come off but extremely difficult. They say with the number of parts and the difficulty of aligning properly to put back on and working correctly after that they highly reccomend against it. Besides with the power top I wouldn't see a reason or need for the soft top. Personally though, I would not put myself through the headaches and stress of making sure it all went back together right.

While technically you can take the one-touch off of the Rubicon, you wouldn't be able to put another top on, due to the lack of latches on the front windshield frame that the soft and hard tops use.

Short answer, Yes.

There's still a roll cage frame that the windshield is bolted on to, rather than connected to your top.

I suppose you could but you'd be getting exhaust inside anytime you're stopped. It would be a giant endeavor to remove the rear glass/door.

I've done it. Makes it much easier to clean the mud off the inside of the windshield.

I don't fold mine on the JL, to me I prefer to just take the whole thing off. it's just two more bolts and then you don't have to worry about damaging it or getting mud all over the inside of it....
