Can Maximus3 tow loops be used as recovery points?

OK, because I always want to have multi purpose equipment, I am wondering if the Maximus 3 tow loops can be used as recovery points as well, we intend to flat tow at some point. I called the Maximus 3 group and they said yes, they recover from them all the time.
Also, after watching too many recovery youtubes looking for something that addresses this I have decided that it must be a requirement to have an Aussie accent . TIA for any information.

I don't see why not. Some of the mounting hardware is shared in common with the bumper/factory tow hooks, plus a couple other good sized fasteners bolted into the frame.
