Can I unplug the XM antenna without disabling the GPS signal? If so, how would I go about it?

the gps is included in the antenna in the sound bar. i'm pretty sure you can disconnect it at the back of the radio then add this gps module. i'm not 100% sure it will work without an XM antenna connected tho.

This seems to be a replacement antenna? I have the 8.4 UConnect system, I just want to unplug the XM Radio antenna, but leave the GPS plugged in... Any ideas on that?
He’s showing you the replacement to keep your GPS.
The GPS and Sirius share an antenna. If you disconnect the antenna, you lose your GPS. If you want to keep your GPS, use the replacement antenna in the link he provided.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to unplug the XM Radio antenna? Is there some reason to do that if you don't pay for an XM subscription?

Not sure I want to for now, just trying to see if it's feasible should I ever need to. :)
