Honestly ride quality is great! I literally upgraded after 1 week of ownership (so memory's a little fuzzy), but I recall thinking the ride quality was better than stock!

I'm super curious how the ride on this is for you compared to it before and/or compared to a stock Rubicon 4xe if you've driven one. I'm 98% city driving, maybe get off road 5-6x a year, so I couldn't justify the Rubicon after test driving and feeling how much worse the ride was. At the same time I know come spring I'm going to want more off road capability than what the factor tires provide.

That's awesome. It looks great. I may have just found my new setup! Have you tested it out off road much? What do you air down to?

TBH I haven't - I usually bring my dirtbike, but I'm sure as the temps drop we will plan some trips. A bit concerned for the dreaded branch/tree pinstripe job from trail riding. Also not being able to disconnect the sway bar might limit more extreme trails.

I got a buddy that just got a 392 and he’s giving me his takeoffs. Super generous. Curious, I’m trying to stick with stock height on my Sahara 4xe. I want to go a bit bigger and burlier than the stock 33” KO2. Would y’all go 285/75r17 or 295/70r17?
I have Rubicon 33" (285/70r17) on my Sahara 4xe - big upgrade from stock, but also considering 285/75r17 34" tires when I need new ones. Does anyone know if they will fit a stock Sahara 4xe with no lift? Toyo Open Country AT3 comes in this size in load C which seems perfect.

How much did you gain in height with your lift. I have had people complain that they only got 1 inch from the mopar lift

2.5 lift ( wish I would have went higher. My ‘17 must have had a 3.5). 35x12.5r20 Mickey Thompsons On stocks. Black top, black fenders & black door hinges coming soon.

What brand did you go with on your 2.5 lift? Did you measure before/after to see actual height gain?

Hard to tell bc I only drove it stock for a week. That plus the tire upgrade prob gave it 2 to 3 inches.

This is my dream setup for my 4xe. Just have to wait until next year to make this big purchase! I found 5 tires for 2.3k. hows the ride ? Bigger tires lift the Jeep up a little bit right ? I remember when I got bigger tires on my ram it made a huge difference and it finally felt like a truck !

Thank you... I love it. It did lift it an inch or two from stock. You can notice it when you step in. I think it rides better… A little stiffer with less body roll due to the much wider stance and stiffer sidewall. I’m running stock wheels with no spacers. Tires sit almost exactly at the edge of the fender. I’m not a huge fan of poke. 2300 for 5 tires is a good price.. I ordered through Tire Buyer when they had a 20% discount on Nitto. Put 5 on the Jeep and 4 on my Sierra. All are the Recon Grapplers and have no complaints. I can definitely recommend…
