Can I run 35s on Pro Comp Phaser 41 Series with-6 offset with 4.75 backspacing

I plan To run 35” tires on my JLu sport, with rubicon lift and fenders. With a -6 offset and 4.75 inches of backspacing would that be enough to run the 35s without rubbing at full lock? They are 17x9. My other question is would I be able to put my 265/70R17 tires on the 17x9 while I’m inbetween tires?

I am looking at the Pro Comp Phaser 41 series wheel. 500 bucks for all 5 i thought was a good deal, but I am unsure of the fit.
