I have the Mopar lift and I just installed the Teraflex Quick seat at disconnect kit. Tested the flex and drove for about an hour and now have a popping sound coming from the driver side. I only tested the flex on one side (driver side was drooping) and I noticed the spring on that side is not fully seated anymore.

First photo is the spring I think became unseated. Second photo is when I was testing the flex.

It looks like the spring twisted and is no longer sitting on the perch/isolator correctly. The spring needs to be turned so the bottom end of the spring is up against the flat part of the spring isolator. I circled the area in the pic below. The top of the spring is probably no longer seated correctly either.

I would have thought the extended length of shocks wouldn’t allow that to happen on Mopar lift.

Do yourself a favor and get some rk isolator correction pads. Nobody likes a bowing spring
I think that is a good idea too.
Thanks for the suggestion. Still trying to figure out how my spring turned 🤔

Is it the angle of the pic but both sway disconnects look strange. Bowed outward. Both springs look bowed out as well, which could be corrected with new RK pads as mentioned by @Moto_21

It’s not the picture angle, Both links are indeed bowed outward at the bottom end but I verified multiple times that they are installed correctly per the instructions. The kit states that they can be used for a 0-4” lift. My guess is that if I were lifted more, the links would be more vertical instead of bowed out.

Honestly not happy with it at the moment and considering uninstalling the kit.

Whatever disconnext brackets are look like they put them on the wrong side of the tab or the spacer on the wrong side. The spring possibly shifted when full extension, it was probably right on the edge and then little extension twist made it move further, not really a big huge deal

Hi Paul ....... I’d recommend RK correction pads like these guys mentioned, also, if you can get your money back for those links, I’d recommend these........

You could use a stack of washers as a 'spacer' to get those links vertical.. that does look odd. Typically there's a solid spacer included with aftermarket endlinks. See the spacers on this pic?
