I haven’t seen one yet. It wouldn’t be that hard to modify a regular one though...in my mind you’d cut a circular hole at the correct level and sew a ring of magnets into each side of the bag around that hole - it would allow it to be fully opened yet seal the hole itself in transit - capacity would be less but still useful.

If you just want a place to store things, not trash, this exists. I've never seen one in person, I just know it exists. Camera will stick into the box it appears, not sure if it's enough to block some capacity or not, but it'd be compatible as in the camera won't cause a problem with it but you won't be seeing much in the camera.
