What’s the deal? I can’t seem to get a call out without using the touch screen. Previous vehicles allowed the wheel buttons to work with car play.

am I doing something wrong?

If you hold the button the voice assistant should activate.

That’s what I figured, but it just keeps telling me there is no phone connected. I’m definitely connected to Apple Car Play when this happens. It’s like the voice command button only works with Bluetooth pairing.

figured it out. Needed to hold the voice button 1-2 seconds to use it with car play. My subi just takes a tap of the button and that’s what I was used to.
