After a couple days of confusion, investigation and scrambing, I had a great conversation with the guy who's running the Liberty Utilities EV charger program, and thought I'd save others some hassle:

- In order to qualify for the rebate, you must get one of the pre-approved chargers. The pre-approved chargers are:
EnelX: JuiceBox 32 and 40
ChargePoint: Home Flex
FLO: X5

- In other words, if you are thinking (as I did) that you can apply the rebate to the electrical work and/OR the charger, and run your own (other brand) charger, you can't. To qualify for a rebate on the work, you have to also show proof of purchase of an approved charger.

- All the approved chargers seem to be hellaciously back-ordered everywhere... BUT the MOPAR Jeep branded charger is a JuiceBox charger, and the MOPAR charger is both approved and readily in stock

(I originally purchased a Grizzl-E Avalanche charger-- no dice, good thing I can return it. Was able to get a Jeep branded one off MOPAR delivered really quickly. Also glad I applied for the rebate before having the work done and the Grizzl-E installed, because I didn't realize the pretty narrow limitations on it!)

Hi, I have a Mawinda hybrid block that goes into crash mode and asks for a star case number. Could you help me with this?
