Cabin air filter - air direction?

I replaced my cabin filter with a FRC450-W1 from Amazon. This one has an "air direction" arrow on the side of it and I put it in with the air direction arrow pointing up. Now I woke up this morning doubting myself. Is the air direction up or down?

Arrow on cabin air filter should point down when installed in the cradle.

Note: The Cabin filter on Amazon, I linked to has no up or down arrow on it.

DO install this cabin air filter so that the Blue Side is facing UP when it's in the cabin air filter cradle.
