Burnt Bronze cerakote…check out the color match 😍

So I pulled my dash and had my panels and CMM mirror mounts done in Burnt Bronze cerakote (air cure so we didn’t run into melt/warping issues throwing them all in the oven) by one of my industry buddies (snakerivercerakote on instagram), I didn’t really care how good a match it would be in the end because I know the “bronze” accents are actually a lot closer to gold (specifically ‘gold medallion’ in powder coat colors) but overall the color is kind of all over the map on the 392 depending on what the item accent is. Mind you, this is just garage lighting so it may not be AS good a match in daylight, I just got the parts back at 9pm last night and was in a hurry to install them before waking up for work again at 4am haha. So here she is with her new accents! I also did the vent trim in matte black, I’d like to eventually pull all the rest of the chrome trim and do it in black as well.
*updated with a couple daylight pics, you can see the matte finish a lot better and there’s just a hint of metallic sparkle, very similar to the original rubicon red in that regard. I love it.

Cerakote always looks and feels great when it’s done by a competent applicator. It’s similar to the rubicon red as far as feel and matte look.

My stitching seems to be a burnt orange compared to yours but I’m looking forward to updates/ pics !

For sure, I’ll take better ones Friday once I’m off work. Otherwise I leave in the dark and come home in the dark haha

Nice looking mod, and agree the wheel/emblem/sticker/hook colors are all over the place. I'm still hoping the wheels I ordered will match one of the existing colors. Month or so away from that addition still.

That looks great! I would much prefer a matte dash. I have already noticed scratches in the gloss dash panel on pass side from cleaning the dash. They can only be seen at the right angle in the right light but it bothers my OCD. Never had this issue on my 18 JLUR with the matte red dash. Kind of disheartening for the very little I have driven my 392 since I bought it in June.

Havent been a fan if the color matched dash in jeeps but this looks great. Really liven ups the interior. I am going to have to steal this mod...
