Well I dropped my Jeep off at moss brothers in Riverside ca this morning at 9 am and asked if we would be provideded with a courtesy vehicle during then repairs , the service manager told me that our Jeep needed to be diagnosed before they gave us a courtesy vehicle . It’s 6:30 pm now and I’ve tried to contact them via phone calls and no one will answer . It’s sad that we have purchased a 50,000+ Jeep with them and didn’t get a phone call from them . This leaves my family in a predicament. We are in need of another vehicle to maintain our normal life . What should we do ?
