When I'm braking and coming to a stop, I feel a bump right when it stops.
Went under to look for loose nuts, didn't find any.
What could be the issue.

It only happens when coming to a stop, not when braking/slowing.

My wife had same problem on her KIA. The brake pad was shifting back and forth, changed pads no more bump.

Is it the automatic transmission? Hard down shift?

I hope it's just the brakes!
Would there be a way to tell without removing the tire?

How good are you with a flashlight, long screwdriver and an inspection mirror? You might see it or you might not honestly.
I'll need a long screwdriver haha.
Might as well just change the pads then, recently did the front.

It may not be a pad at all. Last time I had an issue like that it ended up being a bad caliper. I've had one brake pad delaminate from its backing and it made a god awful racket and you could for sure tell what was going on.

Get a friend to help you. Drive back and forth in manual first gear and stop and start repeatedly to pinpoint the noise to one wheel. Then disassemble and inspect it. Or, take all 4 apart and check torque on everything randomly until it goes away.

Or, if it’s under warranty, take it in.

Do you have knobby tires by chance. Might be stopping between lugs.

There's no noise when it happens.

Hold up...

What "bump" are you feeling? Do you feel it in through the seat, in the steering wheel or what? Without a noise this makes things a lot more complicated to track down.
The whole jeep.

It feels like a motor mount that went bad.
But when I had a camry with bad motor mount, the bump happened when hitting the gas or when stopping.
This only happens when I'm stopping.

If it's still under warranty take it to a dealer.
