Just unplug it from the (top/main) battery under the hood. It's in the manual that you should do this when off-roading anyhow. It's a small plug harness that you just pull next to where the negative terminal plug is. It's the battery monitoring sensor plug.

It doesn't really bother me that much. I was just wondering what would happen if you pushed both buttons at the same time and it worked.
