These parts are all brand new. I bought them to upgrade my JL's steel bumper but ended up going with LOD bumpers since I had to replace the rear bumper anyways. Local pickup only.
The skid plate has some minor manufacturing defects (on the left-hand side, other spots are just dirty). This is on the backside and will not show, although I would paint them just for rust protection.
