I recently built a Jeep door holder and I posted the finished product in a thread and had a request for specs to build so I thought I’d create a new thread in case anyone else is interested! I’ve written it out but looking at the photos may be more helpful. Total cost of supplies under $40 from Lowe’s.
The holder can be mounted to a furniture dolly so you can roll it around, but unfortunately I have a gravel driveway so mine will be stationary.
This can be adjusted to be used for a 2 door of course.
Supplies:
3 - 10’ x 1” PVC pipes
4 - 1” pipe insulators
14 - 1” PVC elbows
10 - 1” PVC tees
Cut pipe into:
10 - 19” sections
7 - 1’ sections
4 - 6” sections
8 - 2” sections
For verticals: Connect two 19” sections and one 1’ sections with elbows. Repeat 5 times.
For the base: create the base by connecting a tee, 6” section, tee, 6” inch section, tee. Repeat for the other base. Connect three of the vertical sections into the base.

For cross members and ends: create two sections each with a 2” section, tee, 2” section, elbow. Then connect the two sections at the tee with a 1’ section. Connect this to one end of the main base and add a vertical upwards from the elbows. Repeat for opposite end.
Cut the foam pipe insulators to fit all pipe sections.
