Build Priority...

OK somebody posted a copy of their order (Configuration Preview). Down at the bottom it lists "99" under build priority. The build priority on my POC March 1st 2022 is "01". What are the differences? The first was ordered on March 25th, so it may not be in the system yet. Is build priority 01 the highest? Probably every order with a VIN is priority 1???

On my POCs, they were priority 99 until I pulled the trigger then they went to priority 1 which is misleading as I think I am priority 207,957 with Jeep.
