I test drove this one when I was waiting on one of my oil overfills. I do like how easy it was to just open up on the move. I wouldn't throw one out of my driveway.

But I wouldn't put half doors on it either... :bandit:

This is more like the Gladiator's influence on the Wrangler, than the Bronco's influence on the Wrangler, IMO.

Is it possible to remove the entire top off the sky one touch?

it looks kinda funny. It is just like a long sunroof, not really topless.

My issue with IFS (and I'm speaking from experience owning multiple modified 4 Runners) is that it is more complex than the SFA. You may get more travel, you may have better on-road feel, but when you are wheeling and something breaks on IFS, its more than likely game over. With SFA, there is half as much to worry about, innately more robust.

I understand people are excited about the new Bronco, I see its appeal. But for me, the time tested and true to its form Wrangler is simply an icon that cannot be beat.

I was going to get a Rubi diesel. But the Bronc has two inches more leg room up front. I'm 6'3 and that makes a big difference. Bronc has a dead pedal for the left foot, and IFS is going to handle better on the road. I reserved the 4D Badlands Squatch. There's a dealer in IA that's offering 1000 under invoice or X plan whichever is cheapest. I am violating my self imposed rule of never buying first year. Colorado has gone to California CAFE standards, and I know owning the diesel here is going to be painful as they can make it. So I'm going for the 2.7 as its a mature engine with almost the torque of the diesel Rubi.
