I’ve searched but haven’t found anyone else with this problem yet.
I had my soft top in the sun rider position today while running a couple errands around town (no freeway driving and max speed was probably 45). When I went to close the top, one of the plastic brackets on the top’s frame rail (part name?) where it bolts to the body snapped. There was no resistance whatsoever before it broke, I just lifted the top up like I have at least a hundred times before and it snapped.
My dealer’s service department is closed until Monday but I’ll be taking it in first thing to have them look at it. Hopefully this will be covered under warranty. Wish me luck.
