I have a 21 with the OEM LED light package and need suggestions for brighter bulbs as opposed to replacement lights for fog, also brighter OEM driving lights.
Have anyone done this with success. Tell me what you used.
Thanks, PW

There aren’t any bulbs in either the headlights or fog lights.

I have a set of DD fogs and that with the OE led headlights is great combination.

What's your limitation on keeping the OE fogs ?

Just high cost I thought bulbs would cost less than replacement units.
For example Diode Dynamics replacement fogs are $370 - 670
OEM fog uses an H11 bulb and there are high light versions. I just wonder if any one has tried them? Led bulbs are in the $50+ price range. Some need an external head sink and others do not?

It would make too much sense for Jeep to put serviceable bulbs in the factory LEDs, but they don't. It's a very expensive sealed unit.

Do you or do you not have the OEM LED light package?

I just realized that my reading was for halogen led upgrade
Sure enough my Jeep has the LED capsules and upgrade higher brightness required new capsules for a lot of dollars.

The OEM LED lights are very good, and there isn't a realistic upgrade out there.

You could add some auxiliary driving lights on the bumper.

Depending on the state, where it may or may not be legal. If the goal is for rural roads to avoid deer, this is definitely the way to go.

Honestly I'm surprised you are looking for brighter driving bulbs with the LED. I've had several people flash me thinking I'm driving with my brights on when I'm not, so I politely flash them back to show I'm not. These LEDs have been the best driving lights I've had on any car. I kinda to feel bad for people approaching since they do seem kinda bright. Anyway, as others have stated, it is a whole unit replacement if you choose to go aftermarket.

Sounds like you might need to check the aim of your headlights. Typically when people are getting blinded it's from the lights being aimed to high, very common after a lift.
