@VrrooomThat looks great. How much does it help with bugs? Did you notice a significant difference before and after? I'm not worried about stones as much as I was debating between putting PPF on the front half of the hood, but I'm also trying to solve for the very vertical windshield- bugs, stone chips, etc. Also, is there any noticeable change in wind noise for better or worse with the deflector?
I travel all over the place via the interstates. I do a lot of NY to Florida, NY to RI, NY to Calif. and more... As mentioned over 30,000+ miles with that deflector installed.
Yes, it seems to be helpful in propelling bugs.. Love Bugs and more UP and over the windshield so they do not smash into it... YES, I still get bug hits but less for sure.. No rock chips on hood.
As or stone chips.. I have had one (knock on wood) in the 30,000 miles + with the stone guard. Would I have had more without the guard... who knows...
NO, change better or worse, in wind noise with the guard....
.......... and that is even with me running a soft Sunrider for Hardtop (Twill) for all 30,000+ miles..
.....AND that is with many many many miles fighting cross winds and at high speeds ranging from 65 to 85 mph on the interstates.
Has not faded either... I treat it with 303 protectorant on occasion.... Lots of Florida Sun and no fading...
