Like those wheels. Wondering how the Kelso Battleship gray would look with Sting Gray Jeep?

It's not my jeep but it's a great match. Also, check out Youtube, as there is a great video of a sting gray with these wheels.

Thanks. I’m surprised 33 was open given the amount of snow on the ground. Looks like it is now closed at Wheeler CG according to Caltrans.

I went up about 9 am, road was open. It was snowing past Rose Valley turn off and accumulating on the road but not bad IMO. Half dozen miles further up the road, I was surprised to see the CalTrans truck half down an embankment, I stopped and he was fine and had help on the way. I drove up the road a mile or two and decided to get a photo. By the time I got back to him a second CalTrans rig was there and attempted to pull him out. Wasn't happening, so I turned around again and continued to the summit and parked for awhile. It continued to snow for 1/2 hr. I was there and very few folks at the summit when I left. On my way back down the was probably 20 vehicles in the snow area above Rose Valley turnoff. The road had not been plowed and snow was packed and more slippery than when I went in with several vehicles now struck or sliding all over the place and sideways. I was happy to be able to weave my way back down below the snow line. There were a couple orange cones in the road at Rose Valley but folks were driving around them. Wheeler CG was where a Sheriff stopped traffic from continuing, but there was a lot of vehicles already behind that point. I never did see a Highway Patrol(MIA)on this state route. I was in Ojai by 12:30.

I drove around to the other side and loaned my strap to the truck driver who pulled the 2x Suburban to face downhill.

Great spot. That's funny right there. I use to have a vinyl wave decal on that spot and removed it months ago. Remaining adhesive or something ghosting, haha

New to the forum and just picked my North Edition Sahara couple of weeks ago. Original owner had put 10k mi in 9 months but kept it clean and stock. Dont think I'm going to do much other than putting some Ko2s and that would be it. This is mostly a fun ride to the beach in the summer and combat the snow in the winter.

In my spare time, I do my off roading in this.
