UPDATED POST
Released Systems:

ORIGINAL POST
Borla is currently working on developing exhaust systems for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and we want your feedback! What are you looking for in an exhaust system for your Jeep? Sound, looks, clearance, etc. Please let us know!

Systems we are working on:
  • Axle-Back Systems (3 Sound Levels: Touring, S-Type, & ATAK / 2 Colors: Stainless & Black)
  • High Clearance Borla "Climber" System
  • Loop Delete Y-Pipe
Below are some photos from our R&D shop.

We are considering the 2 tips shown for the axle-back systems... Which tips do you like better? Top or Bottom?

Looking forward to hearing your feedback and can't wait to share more! Stay Tuned!

**Special Thanks to @isueyou for letting us use your Jeep!**

Love my Borla on the 2008 STI. Would love that deep growl with clearance for the Jeep.

Will be watching with high hopes!

Deep growl, no drone nor ricer/raspy kind of sound :)
And for the tips I like the small ones better as the big ones look like they were made big just for the looks but are actually small (you can see the smaller tube in it). But an actual big tube wouldn’t be bad either

Love the Borla S-Type on my V6 Mustang! Wasn’t even thinking of getting exhaust for my JL but if you can get a nice deep tone to it (leaning more towards a V8 or Diesel sound) then you just might tempt me! Would prefer single tip but I like the size of the top one (looks to be smaller circumference) but overall the bottom looks more finished. Very interested to see what y’all come out with!

Need one that is essentially like two stock mufflers in parallel. I.e. stock quiet but higher flow. No one makes anything as quiet as stock.

Tips... either is fine. Wouldn't jump ship because of it.

I think a bonus would be if you can make it lighter than stock... :fingerscrossed:

single exit with clearance and muffler + resonator (i dont like being loud)

or have options:
-Single exit resonator at midpipe (standard)
-single exit resonator at midpipe + muffler at axle-back (option)
