Hey guys,
After far too much research then an exhaust system deserves I settled on running Borla Touring for my 2021 JLUR. However I'm seeing a couple things that pint to it being incompatible with the 2021. First of which is the only review of it on Quadratec saying as much.

Then I found a thread by @T4STE trying to sell his and saying in all caps WILL NOT FIT 2021 MODELS.

I called Borla and they are ignorant to this fact if it is true. I'm just wondering if anyone with a 2021 JLUR can confirm they've successfully bolted it up?

I have a 2021 JLUR 2.0T and am using the Climber Touring exhaust just fine. The S-type is not the same as the Touring exhaust. Borla makes 3 types of exhaust for the JL. Touring, S-Type and ATAK.

Here is the link with mine on. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...talled-on-2-0l-jlur.65050/page-2#post-1419204

Edit: I just noticed you posted this in the 3.6 so I am not sure if the install is different on the 3.6 compared to the 2.0.

Yes I had the S type for a 3.6L. One guy that purchased it from me had a 2021 and did not fit his so I gave him his money back. He called borla directly and they couldn’t give him an answer besides “We can’t guarantee it will fit” which is weird. Another guy bought it that had a 2020 and haven’t heard back. Both had the 3.6L. I cannot soak for the Touring kit. But that is or was my case with the S-type climber kit. Hope this helps.

I had ordered a Hooker BH5412 cat back exhaust before seeing the post by @T4STE

I can verify that it will not fit on a 2-door without modification because it hits the rear sway bar. I trimmed 5/8" off the front of the pipe that turns up over the axle and 1-1/8" off the rear of it and it now it seems fine but I haven't got any road or trail time with it to confirm perfect fit yet.
