I know this thread is primarily about the fenders, which I prefer to have body color matched. But I know it has been said before I like the versatility of the soft top. So I can have a body colored top and a black top to change things up.

I could tell you, but then....
I like the look of the body color flares on most of the Jeeps I’ve seen. The black plastic just looked cheap to me. Yes, I know they’re going to get scuffed and scraped on trails. At that point I’ll pull them off and Line-x them. Just my thoughts.

Black fenders and black top on any color, the contrast looks awesome even on a black jeep. Its not just the color contrast that looks good, its also the rough material contrast to the smooth body.

I like body colored fenders but I wouldn't pay the additional cost for them. If you spend the money for Sahara or Rubicon then you get body colored fenders automatically.
