I think you're misinterpreting the term "clean". Next thing you know you've got 22"+ spinning wheels with 35's, lowered suspension, and lots of colored lights. I have seen 2 JL's with everything painted, one is white and on the forums here. The other was on twitter, it's neon orange and looked like it had simply been spray painted on 100% of the surfaces with no regards to aesthetics. Don't be that guy.

Been looking for a nice set of spinners. Think it puts that mall crawler exclamation point on it.
Florida Man, at it again. In all seriousness, It wouldn't be worth paying for. It ends up looking cheesy, not classy, not clean. Just my opinion.

I think the above picture looks good as is. I would NOT paint the black plastic parts. Are you going to paint your bumpers, rock sliders/steps, fuel tank door, mirrors, fender lips, granite as well? I think not, so leave it as it is. Looks uncluttered and unmolested as sits.

I'm always proud of my RUBICONS and I wouldn't consider "CLEAN" without the hood DECALS--

You should get a 1941 WILLYS--they're "CLEAN"-however-

It's your jeep-

personally i like the look of wranglers with black fenders and accents. it makes them look more "rugged" in my eyes. all the paint matched parts gives it more of an ordinary suv look to me. when all one color, they look similar to the G wagon, especially with the paint matched hard top.

My take on this is do what makes you happy. Everyone has an opinion and that is why Jeep makes so many different options. Some love plastic fenders, some hate it. Some like black roofs, some hate it.

IMO since you asked. I think painting all that stuff would look great on a darker color “gray” tone or black rig. Lighter colors, not so much because they are big and in your face, especially the mirrors.

To each their own as they say, but not for me. I ordered my Rubi white with black roof and black fenders. I prefer the look. I have also seen too many painted plastic parts start cracking and peeling with time or a love tap or two.

I painted all of the cheap looking black plastic body color on my Jeep. Looks much better in my opinion.

Looks sharp! I was wanting to paint my mirrors and gas cap cover, did you do it yourself or have a shop do it? I’m worried the paint won’t adhere to plastic for the long haul...
