Amazing to me, that current Wrangler owners on this forum want the Bronco to be a great hit so their resale value of their Wrangler will tank, but maybe the Ford dealer will give em a good number on their trade in;)

Resale values might drop a bit, but I don't see them "tanking." The Bronco still has a lot to prove.

Are we going to have a new section for the Bronco? Lol
via Road & Track

Is the 2021 Ford Bronco Too Late to the Game?
Bob Lutz weighs in on whether the new Bronco can unseat the Jeep Wrangler.
Jay, please don't clutter this place with Bronco crap. If you like it so much why don't you create a Bronco forum... and marry it? :CWL:

Well, the forum needed something more to talk about and this week was newsworthy for the industry.

After all, how many more posts do we need to dedicate to poor steering, poor dealership experience, debating what a “real Jeeper is,” debating what size tire should go with whatever size lift kit, and trying to figure out what the little thumb wheel next to the light switch goes to?

The question is, will go to off-road options remain Wrangler/4Runner or will it be Wrangler/Bronco

Obviously it is time to start the poor steering dealership real tire life thumb switch thread. Just pony up a few posts but don't change your horse mid-stream, just bridle the nay-sayers and make hay before it gets too colt.

The biggest " danger" in the Wranglers Future is the Fiat Peugeot merger. French/ Italian Socialist, both governments holding significant shares and control of the companies. How is an iconic AMERICAN vehicle, with its cult following, going to survive in the mediocre landscape of Socialist economies ? Even the name they chose for the new conglomeration is unwieldy and ...stupid.
THIS is the biggest threat to Jeep, in my opinion.
Ford may win the Field, not by excellence, but because it escapes the Bean Counters of a Socialist Economy..

I like Bob Lutz, he generally has good insight. Then again, I might be biased since he was responsible for bringing the Monaro to the states.
I hate Road and Track. They try to write their articles like they are scholars and poets. Just tell us about the vehicles and stop trying to think you’re artists...
