Black Freedom Top Quality Issues?

05-22-18 My new JLU Sahara just arrived at the dealer. Upon inspection, I noticed that the flat black hardtop is painted unevenly and appears mottled in some areas. In some areas it is flat and in other areas it is comparatively shiny? It looks poorly manufactured and, as my wife said, "cheap." The dealer said it just needs to be cleaned? I don't think so! Any similar experiences?

How does it compare to other JL hardtops on the lot? If not satisfied, don’t accept that vehicle or have them swap tops.
