I purchased in January 2018, took delivery Feb 14, 2018 and already knew the path i was taking. However that early, nothing had been released in the after market industry. So the 1st thing i did was put a set of 35s i already had on it with new wheels, no lift yet.
I have many years with recovery experience and for the most part use my winch on others in need , however i do use it on myself mostly in the snow, so i chose the Warn VR10S, and threw a Factor 55 Ultra Hook on it. I also went with my good friends www.cascadia4x4.com led fairlead and flipster.
I am a fan of "real" lift kits , coilovers, lift springs, etc. However the lift i want will not be available until July so i chose the EVO overland 2.5" boost kit, my friend had the Mopar kit with FOX shocks and had already swapped it out so i also have the Mopar spec FOX shocks on it.
The 35s were quickly replaced with 37s. I am old fashioned and did not believe it was a good idea until i regeared the 410s to 513s. I have to say the 8 speed is remarkable and no regear was necessary.
It did so well in Moab i was impressed. However It sits to low at 2.5" for my style of wheeling. I was on the under armor, rear bumper etc more than i wanted to be. This 2.5" lift will soon be replaced with a longarm coilover lift soon. But it did get the job done. Kind of....
