Does anyone know if there is a very similiar or exact match to bikini pearl in a spray can? I want to buy dash panels and paint them bikini to match the Jeep.

Vinyl wrap it instead of painting it. It's not permanent if things should change for you in the future. I used the color "Atomic Teal" from 3M.

This is the roll I used. It's just enough to cover both passenger and driver side dash panels, without any mistakes though. I had to buy another sheet because it was my 1st try at vinyl wrapping and it took a bit of a learning curve. YouTube was my best friend on instructions to remove the dash as well as using the vinyl wrap.
