I picked up a used SuperTop yesterday and the previous owner had a decal on the rear window that I removed. That decal has left just enough residue to annoy me.....any recommendations on a product that will safely remove that residue on the soft window?

I'd just use WD40. :dunno:

PS: Follow up with warm soap and water to cleanup.

Maybe Googone or bug and tar remover but I would test in a small area to make sure no discoloration occurs or reach out to Bestop to see what they say.

The Bestop rep, recently recommended "alcohol" for sticker residue removal from the Bestop soft window.

I'd use/try alcohol or hand sanitizer...

I like hand sanitizer (heavy alcohol content) as it is viscous and you can apply, let it be... (it will not run off the item easily) ...let it work/ soak into the adhesive for a few minutes.... then you attempt removal of the adhesive by very gently rubbing with a clean micro fiber towel.

Good rule is to follow:
Always test a product in a non conspicuous area to see how the product you are using impacts what you are applying it to.

Wipe it with a rag and rub some alcohol and rub it a few times and it will be clean. You can also wipe with acetone, which is more effective than alcohol and has a better effect. I also used this method to clean some small stickers on the surface of my car.
