Best Way to Remove Clay Stains from Hood Blackout Decal?

So what's the best method of removing mud and clay stains from hood decals? This one's the Quadratech. I used a clay bar on the painted sections but want to be sure before I used it on the decals.

Here's a pic. I need to give it a good wash so excuse the dirty paint.

Low pressure power washer with soap.

Good wash and soak 1st then Claybar is fine, make sure you use a good claybar solution (not just soapy water)
